Abstract

The present invention provides an alarm system for the deaf. The disclosed alarm system according to an embodiment of the invention comprises: a plurality of first sensors which are distributed in a plurality of spaces and sense signal patterns generated in the spaces; an integrated processor which receives and stores specified signal patterns or standardized signal patterns in advance; and a portable terminal which provides users with an alarm signal by converting the signal patterns received from the integrated processor or from the spaces into the alarm signal. In the integrated processor, if the signal patterns sensed from a plurality of first sensors are identical to the stored signal patterns, the integrated processor transmits the signal patterns sensed from the first sensors.
