Abstract
L'invention porte sur un procédé de destruction du protoxyde d'azote contenu dans un gaz à traiter, dans lequel un gaz contenant le protoxyde d'azote est soumis à un traitement par passage dans un plasma à pression atmosphérique excité et entretenu uniquement par application de puissance micro-ondes absorbée au sein dudit plasma. Le protoxyde d'azote est converti en azote et en oxygène lors de ce traitement. Application dudit procédé à la destruction du protoxyde d'azote en milieu hospitalier.
