Abstract

La présente invention concerne un système de gestion de données permettant un accès par de multiples utilisateurs. L'invention consiste à créer une base de données électronique comportant de multiples champs de données, laquelle base est enregistrée dans une unité centrale dans laquelle un utilisateur peut introduire des données relatives à la base de données électronique qui se réfèrent à une proposition d'offre, lesquelles données sont visualisées par un autre groupe d'utilisateurs qui recherchent des offres, et une interconnexion avec des terminaux externes par des canaux de communication est disponible, de manière que des utilisateurs receveurs reçoivent à des intervalles de temps prédéfinis une information relative à l'entrée de nouvelles données dans ladite base de données électronique.
