Abstract
Description
Beschreibung description
Herstellung eines Headers mit StutzenProduction of a header with nozzles
The invention relates to a method for producing a device consisting of a plurality of stapeiförmig arranged passages, which are suitable to be flowed through by liquid and / or gaseous media, wherein the passages form a block, wherein the device means (header) to Zu or Discharge of at least two media in the block, as well as suitable pieces of pipe (nozzle) for supplying or discharging the media in the headers, and such a device produced. The invention will be described with reference to the example of a brazed plate heat exchanger made of aluminum, but is in principle suitable for any device with stapeiförmig arranged through-flow passages having headers and nozzles. The invention is therefore not limited to this example.
Brazed plate heat exchangers made of aluminum are used in numerous systems at various pressures and temperatures. They are used for example in the separation of air or the liquefaction of natural gas.
Ein derartiger Plattenwärmetauscher wird z.B. in "The Standards of the brazed aluminium plate-fin heat exchanger manufacturers association" ALPEMA Report (2000) beschrieben. Auf dem Wärmetauscherblock sind Mittel zur Zu- und Abführung derSuch a plate heat exchanger is e.g. in "The Standards of the brazed aluminum plate-fin heat exchanger manufacturers association" ALPEMA Report (2000). Such a plate heat exchanger consists of a plurality of stapeiförmig arranged passages. The passages are separated by separating plates and sealed by end bars at the edges. In the passages is a wave-shaped profile (the so-called fins), which is at its reversal points in Wärmeleitkontakt with the dividing plates. The passages have additional openings for the supply and discharge of the media. The heat exchange between different media takes place indirectly between two, flowing in adjacent passages, media on the dividing plates. The entire heat exchanger block is sealed to the environment via cover plates. On the heat exchanger block means for supplying and discharging the
Media arranged in the heat exchanger block. These funds are called headers and serve to distribute the media to the individual passages. The supply and removal of the media to the plate heat exchanger and thus to the headers takes place via suitable pipe pieces (sockets), which are tightly connected to the headers. Such heat exchangers are suitable for heat exchange of a plurality of supplied media.
DieThe prior art has various forms of headers. The
"The Standards of the brazed aluminium plate-fin heat exchanger manufacturers association", ALPEMA Report (2000), Kapitel 5.12.2.1).Headers are mostly semi-cylindrical with various shapes of ends (e.g., semi-circular end pieces). Also known in the art are dome-type headers that fully bulge over a portion of the heat exchanger block. On the known headers, the nozzles are introduced into previously released openings of the upper half-shells and welded firmly to the prior art. The nozzles are usually suitable pipe sections. In the prior art, such assemblies are made exclusively by weldments (see, for example, "The Standards of the brazed aluminum plate-fin heat exchanger manufacturer association", ALPEMA Report (2000), Chapter 5.12.2.1).
In such a method according to the prior art, the headers are produced from tubes cut in half along the preferred axis, from shell-shaped extruded sections or from sheets which are brought into the desired semi-cylindrical or other form. The two open ends of these headers are also closed by welded fittings made of sheet metal or extruded profile. To install the nozzle, a corresponding opening in the semi-cylindrical profile of the header is cut, in which the nozzle is welded.
The production of the existing header and socket assembly is relatively expensive to manufacture, in particular by the welded joint made of aluminum between header and socket. Such a welded connection is difficult, can only be performed by specially trained personnel and requires a subsequent non-destructive weld inspection.
The present invention is therefore based on the object, a method for producing a device of the type mentioned above and a device such that the difficult weld between the header and nozzle is avoided. The stated object is achieved in terms of the method in that headers and nozzles are produced from a piece of material by means of a metal-cutting process.
The basic idea of the invention is based on not making headers and nozzles as two separate components, but to consider the combination of header and nozzle as a component and Mate ha I piece. The inventive machining of the combination of headers and nozzles from a piece of material eliminates complex and expensive welding work and the non-destructive weld inspection. Although the machining cost of the method according to the invention is higher than in a method according to the prior art, nevertheless the entire production in its entirety is simplified. The main advantage of the invention is the elimination of the complicated welded joints, which can be performed only by consuming qualified personnel.
Plate heat exchangers made of aluminum are particularly preferably produced by the method according to the invention, which consist of a plurality of stacked passages which are suitable for flowing through liquid and / or gaseous media, wherein the passages form a heat exchanger block, and the plate heat exchangers have headers for delivery. or discharge of at least two media and nozzles for supplying or discharging the media into the headers.
In an advantageous embodiment of the invention headers and nozzles are made of a solid material, preferably an extruded profile or a forging blank. Extruded profiles with full cross-section or forged blanks advantageously form solid material from which headers and nozzles can be machined as a component.
Preferably headers and nozzles are milled out of an aluminum extruded profile. In this embodiment of the invention, two well-proven methods of the prior art for the production according to the invention of a device described above are used with extrusion molding and milling. The device side, the object is achieved by a device of the type mentioned above, consist in the headers and nozzles of a piece of material.
Particularly preferably, the device according to the invention is used as a plate heat exchanger for heat exchange between at least two media.
With the present invention, it is possible in particular to produce headers and nozzles in a device of the type mentioned without a complicated and complicated welded connection. The manufacturing process can be carried out without specially trained personnel and without a complicated subsequent non-destructive testing.
