Abstract

The invention relates to the variants of a multilevel residential building with an in-built parking area, which comprises a parking block and at least three residential blocks jointed thereto on a part of the wall surface, the longitudinal axes of said blocks are positioned at an angle Ϝ to each other, means for a car entrance on a selected floor and means for a car exit therefrom are built in the area of the vertical symmetry axis of the parking block in the form of parking places which are independent from the parking block, are parallel, adjacent and not crossing the car lifting and lowering areas. Each of said areas, for two adjacentfloors, comprises a linear ramp segment which is located between the adjacent floors, a horizontal segment for turning at 180°, a horizontal linear segment and a horizontal segment for turning at 180°, which are located on a corresponding floor, the linear ramp segments for the car lifting and lowering areas being arranged crosswisely in a vertical direction. The roof of the parking block is in the form of a truncated cone, the vertical axis of which coincides with the vertical symmetry axis of the parking block, and is designed in such a way that it is open in the truncation area and an exhaust opening, on which means for generating an output air flow is mounted, is formed. In different variants, the building can be provided with means which is (are) used for converting the energy of the output air flow into electric energy and which is connected to an energy storage device which is additionally arranged in the parking block and is, in its turn, connected to a system for energy supply to at least one parking block.
