Abstract

 白色発光ランプ1は半導体発光素子2から出射された光により励起されて白色光を発光する蛍光体層5を具備する。半導体発光素子2と蛍光体層5との間には透明樹脂層4が介在されている。蛍光体層5は緑色蛍光体として3価のセリウムおよびテルビウムで付活された希土類硼酸塩蛍光体を含んでいる。
