本实用新型所采用的技术方案。 这种竹节椅, 主要包括后椅子脚、 前椅子脚和坐垫, 所 述的后椅子脚和前椅子脚之间通过下连接杆和上连接杆固定连接, 上连接杆包括上连接杆钢 管, 其中上连接杆钢管两端露出二头并固定连接在后椅子脚和前椅子脚钢管之内; 下连接杆 包括下连接杆钢管, 其中下连接杆钢管两端露出二头并固定连接在后椅子脚和前椅子脚钢管 之内, 下连接杆的底面为一平面。
所述的后椅子脚主要包括后椅子脚套架、 后钢管架和后连接架, 坐垫上设有前卡子和后 卡子, 后连接架上设有与后卡子呈卡接配合的后连接架卡槽; 前椅子脚主要包括前连接架、 前椅子脚套架和前钢管架, 前连接架上设有与前卡子呈卡接配合的前连接架卡槽; 上连接杆 钢管和下连接杆钢管插装在后钢管架和前钢管架上形成套管结构。
所述的后椅子脚和前椅子脚的长度方向与垂线方向之间向外呈一定角度设置。
本实用新型有益的效果是: 本产品采用套管连体结构, 没有一个螺丝钉固定, 套管越长, 内外摆动越小, 大大减小了椅子前后摇动的情况。本产品可以重叠, 套架内均采用钢管加固, 保证了足够的强度。

工作原理: 所述的后椅子脚 4和前椅子脚 5的长度方向与垂线方向之间向外呈一定角度 设置, 使多个椅子可以重叠, 下连接杆 2的底面为一平面, 作用在于两把椅子重叠时, 下连 接杆 2与坐垫 1表面增加受力面积, 从而减轻表面刮花程度。 下连接杆 2和上连接杆 3里面 的钢管是加长的, 钢管二头露在外面, 安装时二头分别插到后椅子脚 4、 前椅子脚 5里面的 后钢管架 4-2和前钢管架 5-3上的钢管内, 钢管内外径呈间隙很小的配合, 起到套管的作用。 套管越长, 摆动概率越小, 在装配时还可以在内外表面上涂上少量金属胶水, 把本来很小的 间隙再用胶水填满, 达到一个连体效果。
除上述实施例外, 本实用新型还可以有其他实施方式。 凡采用等同替换或等效变换形成 的技术方案, 均落在本实用新型要求的保护范围。
