Abstract

[MEANS FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEMS] A plurality of service processing servers are connected with an overlay network by using a P2P network, a service request to a certain service processing server is set to be routing between the service processing servers in accordance with a P2P algorism, and a service processing server on the way of the routing in place of a connecting destination service processing server processes a service request in compliance with a load condition of the connecting destination service processing server.
