Abstract

Disclosed is a protein stabilizer containing a water-soluble polymer which is produced by polymerizing a monomer mixture containing a monomer (A) which forms a homopolymer having a lower critical solution temperature of not less than 0˚C but not more than 80˚C when homopolymerized, and a monomer (B) which forms a nonionic water-soluble homopolymer having no lower critical solution temperature when homopolymerized.
