Abstract

 小粒径で、低温定着性、耐ホットオフセット性及び画像特性のいずれにも優れた電子写真用トナー及び該トナーの製造方法、ならびに上記電子写真用トナーの製造に用いる架橋樹脂粒子分散液及び該架橋樹脂粒子分散液の製造方法に関する。 (A)水系媒体中で酸基を有するポリエステルを含有する樹脂を中和して、樹脂粒子分散液を得る工程、及び(B)工程(A)で得られた樹脂粒子分散液と、オキサゾリン基を有する重合体とを60~100°Cの温度で混合する工程、を有する方法により得られる、体積中位粒径(D50)が0.05~0.7μmである架橋樹脂粒子の分散液。
