Abstract
Description
Vorrichtung zur Verankerung einer Stange im Boden Device for anchoring a pole in the ground
The invention relates to a device for anchoring a rod in the ground according to the preamble of patent claim 1.
Longitudinal supports, for example rods of parasols, are usually fastened by driving the support tip into the ground or by means of a base element on the ground. Such base elements may comprise, for example, a base plate or a hollow body which can be filled with water, or else comprise mandrels which can be anchored in the ground.
A device for anchoring a rod, such as a support bar of a parasol, in the ground is known from US 6,412,748 GIRARD. This known device comprises an anchoring post which can be driven into the ground with its front end, to which stirrup with elastic bands for the support bar of the parasol are detachably fastened. The anchoring post is integral, e.g. made of a metal rod and includes in the rear portion of a bend, which is suitable as a tread element for driving the anchoring pole into the ground by means of the body weight.
Another device for anchoring a support bar of a golf umbrella in the ground is known from US 5,749,386 SAMUEL. This known device comprises a drivable into the ground mandrel with a fold-out footrest, by means of which the mandrel with the foot is driven into the ground. At the rear end of the dome this is provided with a snap-locking device by means of which a telescopic support rod of a golf umbrella on the mandrel can be fastened.
Both known from the prior art devices comprise a fixedly connected to the anchoring pile or mandrel tread element, wherein furthermore the tread element has only a small contact surface for the foot of the user. Since the whole body weight of the user must be applied to the tread element depending on the nature of the ground for driving the anchoring pile into the ground, this can be painful for the user because of the small bearing surface. On the other hand, would result in these known devices by a design with a tread element with a significantly larger bearing surface a bulky, especially for the transport bulky design of the anchoring pole with firmly integrated tread element.
Hier will die Erfindung Abhilfe schaffen. The invention aims to remedy this situation. The invention has for its object to provide a device for anchoring a rod in the ground, which allows a detachable connection between the anchoring element and a tread element, so that on the one hand a tread element with the largest possible contact surface can be produced and on the other hand, the two elements in particular for Transport are so assembled that a minimal volume of the device results.
The invention achieves the stated object with a device having the features of claim 1.
The advantages achieved by the invention are essentially to be seen in the fact that thanks to the device according to the invention:
- eine einfache und kostengünstige Herstellung möglich ist;- A simple and inexpensive production is possible;
The assembly and disassembly of the tread element on the anchoring element is simple and without tools possible; and
The tread element may be plate-shaped and thereby painless with the foot by applying the body weight can be driven into the ground.
In a preferred embodiment, the tread element is slidable on the rear portion II of the anchoring element.
In a further embodiment, the tread element is plate-shaped. This embodiment allows the advantage of a support surface for the entire foot, so that the anchoring element can be driven without pain by applying the entire body weight in the ground. Furthermore, the device, In particular, the tread plate be made of a plastic with low strength.
In yet another embodiment, the tread element comprises a tread plate having an upper surface of at least 100 cm 2 .
In another embodiment, the tread element has a length of at least 15 cm.
In a further embodiment, the tread element has a width of at least 8 cm.
In yet another embodiment, the anchoring element between the front section I and the rear section Il comprises a central section III designed with a stop, the stop preventing a displacement of the tread element parallel to the longitudinal axis of the anchoring element from the rear section II to the front section I. For ease of production of the anchoring element, the middle section III preferably has a larger diameter orthogonal to the longitudinal axis than the rear section II, so that at the transition between these sections an annular surface orthogonal to the longitudinal axis is formed, which serves as a stop for the over the rear section III parallel to the longitudinal axis against the middle section III sliding tread element is used. The advantage of this embodiment is that the tread element is slid over the anchoring element to the stop, whereby a simple assembly of the tread element and fixation of the same results against displacement in the direction of the front portion of the anchoring element.
In another embodiment, the tread element comprises a fastening device for releasable fixation of the anchoring element in a second position, so that the longitudinal axis of the anchoring element does not intersect the tread element. This embodiment allows the advantage that the anchoring element and the tread element for transporting the device can be arranged in a position relative to each other, which has a low volume. A further embodiment is characterized in that the front portion I of the anchoring element tapers against the front end of the anchoring element and that the front portion I orthogonal to the longitudinal axis has a star-shaped cross-section. The advantage of this design is that the front section can be driven easily and without much effort into the ground.
In yet another embodiment, the device comprises a rotation lock, which prevents a rotation between the tread element and anchoring element about the longitudinal axis of the latter when mounted on the rear portion Il of the anchoring element tread element.
Stützstange eines SonnenschirmsIn another embodiment, the rear portion II of the anchoring element is sleeve-like and comprises a terminal open at the anchoring element cavity, which is suitable for receiving a rod, in particular support rod of a parasol. The advantage of this embodiment lies in the simple assembly of the rod, e.g. Support rod of a parasol
In a further embodiment, the tread element can be mounted in a position transverse to the longitudinal axis of the anchoring element, so that a force applied to the latter can be transferred to the anchoring element such that the front section I of the anchoring element can be driven into the ground parallel to its longitudinal axis.
The preferred embodiment of the invention will be explained in more detail below with reference to the partially schematic representations.

Fig. 5 einen vergrösserten Ausschnitt des Details A in Fig. 4.5 shows an enlarged detail of the detail A in FIG. 4.
The embodiment illustrated in FIG. 1 essentially comprises an anchoring element 1 having a longitudinal axis 3 with a front section I, a rear section II and a middle section III. The front portion I is terminally closed by the tapered front end 6 of the anchoring element 1, so that the anchoring element 1 can be driven with its front portion I in the ground. The rear portion II is terminated at the terminal end by the rear end 8 of the anchoring element 1 and is sleeve-like with an open at the rear end 8 of the anchoring element 1 cavity 2, which is suitable for receiving a rod 5, for example, a support rod of a parasol. The rear portion II and the middle portion III are circular-cylindrical in this embodiment, wherein the diameter of the central portion III is greater than that of the rear portion II. At the transition between the rear portion II and the middle portion III is thus by the different diameters a stop 7 (Fig. 2 and 3) is formed. This stop 7 serves to secure the tread element 4 which can be mounted on the rear section II of the anchoring element 1 against a further displacement parallel to the longitudinal axis 3 in the direction of the front end 6 of the anchoring element 1. A force applied, for example, with the foot to the tread element 4 for driving the anchoring element 1 into the ground is thus transmitted from the tread element 4 via the stop 7 to the anchoring element 4. As shown in Fig. 2, the cavity 2 in the rear section Il is designed as a circular cylindrical blind hole with a depth T, so that an inserted into the cavity 2 rod 5 is present on the bottom in the depth T to the longitudinal axis 3 orthogonal bottom 13. Further, the orthogonal to the longitudinal axis 3 cross-sectional area of the front portion I star-shaped so as to facilitate the driving of the anchoring element 1 in the ground. The blade-like longitudinal ribs 27 of the front portion I of the anchoring element 1 are parallel to the longitudinal axis 3 of the anchoring element 1. The stop 7 is formed due to the larger diameter of the central portion Il relative to the rear portion Il as the longitudinal axis 3 orthogonal annular surface.
Serving as a stop 7 annular surface has a first, designed as a cam 10 element of a rotation lock 18 between anchoring element 1 and tread element 4. After assembly of the step element 4 on the anchoring element 1, the cam 10 engages in a corresponding notch (not shown) on the step element 4, which constitutes the second element of the anti-rotation device 18. As soon as the cam 10 engages in the notch, rotation of the tread element 4 on the anchoring element 1 about the longitudinal axis 3 is prevented.
In Fig. 3, an embodiment of the tread element 4 is shown, which comprises a tread plate 15 and a sleeve 16 attached thereto. The sleeve 16 has a continuous central bore 19 with a bore axis 20, so that it is parallel to the longitudinal axis 3 of the anchoring element 1 via the rear portion II thereof pushed until the lower end 17 of the sleeve 16 abuts the stop 7. The tread plate 15 is attached to the sleeve 16 orthogonal to the bore axis 20. The diameter of the central bore in the sleeve 16 is dimensioned so that the sleeve 16 slidably over the rear portion II of the anchoring element 1 can be slid without much effort. Further, the tread plate 15 has a lower surface 21, which is directed against the lower end 17 of the sleeve 16 and oppositely disposed an upper surface 22, which is suitable when driving the anchoring element 1 in the ground as a support surface for the whole foot. Furthermore, the upper surface 22 of the tread element 4 is additionally designed with recesses 23, which are suitable for parking various objects, such as glasses or cups. 4 and 5 show the tread element 4 and the anchoring element 1 in a suitably assembled position for transport. The anchoring element 1 is releasably secured to the lower surface 21 of the tread plate 15 so that its longitudinal axis 3 is aligned substantially parallel to the upper surface 22 and substantially parallel to the largest length of the tread plate 15. In this way, the anchoring element 1 and the tread element 4 can be reduced to a minimum possible volume. The tread plate 15 comprises a arranged on its lower surface 21 fastening means 12 for the anchoring element 1, which allows a releasable attachment of the anchoring element 1 on the tread element 4. This fastening device 12 comprises an approximately centrally disposed on the lower surface 21 of the tread plate 15 elastic hook 23 which is elastically latched into a groove 24 on the stop 7 on the central portion III of the anchoring element 1 (Fig. 5). In which the sleeve 16 comprehensive region of the tread plate 15 ribs 25 are arranged on the lower surface 21, whereupon the rear portion of the anchoring element 1 Il 1 rests in the transport position of the device. In a region of the tread plate 15 remote from the sleeve 16, a U-shaped holding element 26 is arranged on the lower surface 21, so that one of the blade-like longitudinal ribs 27 of the front section I of the anchoring element 1 can be introduced transversely to the longitudinal axis 3 of the anchoring element 1 between its legs so that thereby rotation of the anchoring element 1 about its longitudinal axis 3 and relative to the tread element 4 is prevented.
