Abstract

 本発明は、光学素子として好適な屈折率、透明性を有し、且つ温度に対する屈折率変化が極めて小さく、しかも成型性と耐熱性に優れ、リフロー工程を経た際に光学性能が低下するのを抑制することができる光学用樹脂材料、及びそれを用いた光学素子を提供することであり、該光学用樹脂材料は、硬化性樹脂中に有機化合物により表面修飾された無機微粒子を含有する透明な光学用樹脂材料であって、該無機微粒子が非晶質シリカ中に金属酸化物結晶を含有する平均粒子径が1nm以上、50nm以下の無機微粒子であることを特徴とする。
