Abstract
先ず、測定対象の細胞の形状をモデル化し、その細胞にAC電場が印可されたときの複素誘電率応答を数値解析により求める(ステップS1)。その結果に基づいて、膜キャパシタンスCm及び細胞質導電率κiの値を変化させながら数値計算して、誘電スペクトルを算出する(ステップS2)。算出した誘電スペクトルを誘電緩和式に回帰させて、比誘電率上昇Δε及び緩和時間τを求める(ステップS3)。次に、(Δε,τ)の(Cm,κi)への依存性を求め、測定対象の細胞の形状に応じた回帰式を作成する(ステップS4)。細胞の誘電スペクトルを実測し、その値と回帰式とを比較することで、測定対象の細胞の膜キャパシタンスCm,exp及び細胞質導電率κi,expを求める(ステップS5)。
