Abstract

L'invention concerne une composition de revêtement qui présente une stabilité mécanique et une stabilité au stockage satisfaisantes, et qui permet d'obtenir un film de revêtement présentant une excellente adhésion à un article devant être revêtu, même lorsque la quantité d'un agent tensioactif contenant du fluor contenu dans ladite composition est réduite. L'invention concerne de manière spécifique une composition de revêtement qui est une dispersion aqueuse contenant au moins un polymère contenant du fluor (a) sélectionné parmi le groupe constitué d'un polytétrafluoroéthylène, d'un copolymère tétrafluoroéthylène/hexafluoropropylène et d'un copolymère tétrafluoroéthylène/perfluoro(alkylvinyl éther), une résine résistante à la chaleur (b), un agent tensioactif non-ionique (c) présentant un rapport hydrophile/lipophile (HLB) qui n'est pas supérieur à 11, et un agent tensioactif contenant du fluor (d), dans un milieu aqueux. Cette composition de revêtement est caractérisée en ce que le rapport teneur en matières solides sur masse, entre le polymère contenant du fluor (a) et la résine résistante à la chaleur (b), c'est-à-dire le rapport polymère contenant du fluor (a) sur résine résistante à la chaleur (b), est compris entre 85:15 et 50:50 ; l'agent tensioactif non-ionique (c) est contenu dans une quantité allant de 0,1 à 10 % en masse par rapport à la teneur totale en matières solides du polymère contenant du fluor (a) et de la résine résistante à la chaleur (b) ; et l'agent tensioactif contenant du fluor (d) est contenu dans une quantité inférieure à 500 ppm par rapport à la masse de la teneur en matières solides du polymère contenant du fluor (a).
