【課題】体の動きに起因する吸収パッドのずれや変形を防止し、漏れ防止を図る。 【解決手段】内側弾性部材１３ｉの長手方向中間の第１の部位と対応する部分は、バックシート１及び外装シート１２が固着されていない非固着領域１４とされ、且つその長手方向両側の第２の部位と対応する部分は、バックシート１及び外装シート１２が固着された固着領域とされ、内側弾性部材１３ｉにおける非固着領域１４内の部分は、バックシート１及び外装シート１２の両者に固着されていないか又は外装シート１２にのみ固着されており、内側弾性部材１３ｉにおける固着領域内の部分は、バックシート１及び外装シート１２に固着されている、使い捨ておむつとする。
