Abstract

【課題】熱交換効率が高いプレート積層型熱交換器を提供する。 【解決手段】プレート積層型熱交換器100において、コアプレート53,54は、平板状のプレートの片面側に溝状の凸部10が複数形成され、これらの凸部10が当該プレートの長手方向一端側から当該プレートの長手方向他端側に向けて略平行に伸びて当該プレートの長手方向他端側の領域においてUターンを形成しつつ当該プレートの長手方向一端側に戻るように構成され、且つ当該プレートのうち凸部10が形成された領域から前記Uターンが形成された領域を除いた領域において、当該プレートの積層方向に山部と谷部とが形成され、これらの山部及び谷部が前記長手方向に沿って繰り返されるように当該プレートが湾曲形成されたものである。凸部10の両端側は、高温流体用の入口ポート58a及び高温流体用の出口ポート58bに収束するように構成されている。一対のコアプレート53,54の組(コア55)は、二枚のコアプレート53,54を前記片面側と反対側の他面側同士が相互に向き合い、且つそれぞれに形成された凸部10,10同士が逆向きに対をなすように組み付けて構成されている。
