Abstract
A cord obtained by twisting strands each composed of filaments, wherein the peripheral surface of the filaments has been coated with an unvulcanized rubber. The cord hence has improved suitability for rubber infiltration and improved corrosion resistance and is reduced in twist shrinkage.
