Abstract
L'invention concerne un pistolet pulvérisateur comportant une chambre de combustion pour générer un jet de combustion et un canon à travers lequel le jet de combustion généré est amené à passer et à partir duquel le jet de combustion jaillit. La chambre de combustion a un orifice d'alimentation en gaz inactif pour l'alimentation en gaz inactif destiné à ajuster la température de combustion du jet de combustion. Le canon a un orifice d'alimentation pour l'introduction, dans le jet de combustion, de particules de revêtement faites d'une résine, et fait jaillir le jet de combustion à température ajustée conjointement avec les particules de revêtement à partir d'un orifice d'éruption. Le pistolet pulvérisateur est caractérisé par le fait que la distance (L) de l'orifice d'alimentation à l'orifice d'éruption est réglée de telle sorte que le temps de chauffage (t) à l'intérieur du canon peut satisfaire les expressions suivantes (1) et (2). L'invention propose également un système de commande pour ce pistolet pulvérisateur. La formule (1) dans laquelle, α : le coefficient de diffusion thermique des particules (m2/s); t : le temps de chauffage à l'intérieur du canon (s); r : le rayon des particules (m). La formule (2) dans laquelle, Tav : la température moyenne du jet de combustion à l'intérieur du canon (°C); Tcp : la température critique de la fixation des particules (°C).
