Abstract

　ゴム成分を含有することにより耐衝撃性に優れるにも拘わらず、大型の射出成形物であってもその表面を全面に亘って曇りがなく美麗な状態に成形することができ、ダイレクト蒸着法による蒸着層を形成する成形物に好適な樹脂であって、且つ、熱板溶着法による接合を行なう成形物、特に耐候性が要求される自動車用ランプのハウジング部材等の成形物に好適な樹脂を提供する。 　ポリオルガノシロキサン（Ａ１）及びポリ（メタ）アクリル酸エステル（Ａ２）を含有する複合ゴム（Ａ）の存在下に、単独重合体のガラス転移温度（Ｔｇ）が０°Cを越える（メタ）アクリル酸エステル単量体（ｂ１）を重合し、次に、芳香族ビニル単量体（ｂ２）及びシアン化ビニル単量体（ｂ３）を重合して得られるグラフト共重合体（Ｂ）。
