Abstract

ＭＭＰ１３と特異的に反応する中和モノクローナル抗体、該抗体を用いたＭＭＰ１３の酵素活性中和方法及び免疫学的測定方法、並びに該抗体を含有した診断薬及び医薬組成物を提供する。 これまでＭＭＰ１３に対する種々の抗体が得られてきたがＭＭＰ１３に対して中和活性を有する抗体を得られていなかった。本発明者等が鋭意検討した結果、ＭＭＰ１３に対して特異性を有する中和抗体を見出して本発明を完成するに至った。
