Abstract

Intended is to facilitate the manufacturing management of a high-frequency device having a two-dimensional periodic structure, in which inductor columns are arranged without any loss in a waveguide, thereby to function as a trap circuit of a GHz band or the like. The high-frequency device comprises an inductor column lattice group (5A) constituted by mounting the inductor columns (4) of the two-dimensional periodic structure without any loss between the opposed conductor faces (α and β) of the cavity (3) of a waveguide (2A). The individual inductor columns (4) of the inductor column lattice group (5A) are arrayed with a predetermined clearance (6) between their end faces (4a) and the conductor face (α) of the waveguide (2), thereby to facilitate the manufacturing management better than that in the absence of the clearance (6).
