Abstract
導入孔22から供給された水素は、第1バッファ部である第1の空間15で拡散された後、更に、第2バッファ部である第1凹部28及び第2凹部30で拡散され、ブロック体群25の流路26にそれぞれ均一に分散され、流路26を流れる水素の量が均一にされて第2凹部29の微小開口24に十分な供給圧力で送られ、各セルに対して水素が均等に供給される。
