Abstract

L'invention porte sur un dispositif électroluminescent organique contenant un dérivé de chrysène, qui a une largeur de bande interdite plus grande que les anthracènes, dans une couche de transport d'électrons. Avec une telle structure, des électrons peuvent être injectés de façon suffisante dans une couche d'émission de lumière du dispositif électroluminescent organique sans nécessiter une haute tension, même lorsque la couche d'émission de lumière a une largeur de bande interdite importante pour raccourcir la longueur d'onde de l'émission de lumière bleue.
