Abstract

 熱交換器の扁平チューブ(10)は、湾曲部(13)を有する。湾曲部(13)の少なくとも一部は、内側縁部(21)の外側に外側縁部(22)を重ね合わせることにより構成されている。内側縁部(21)は、小湾曲領域(102)を有する。小湾曲領域(102)は、平板部(11)に対して傾斜し、かつ扁平チューブ(10)の厚み(d1)の半分と外側縁部(22)の板厚との差よりも大きい半径で規定される。小湾曲領域(102)は、扁平チューブ(10)の厚み方向の中心線(C1)を超えない位置に設けられている。外側縁部(22)は中心線(C1)を越えて延びている。外側縁部(22)の端面(22a)は小湾曲領域(102)上に位置している。扁平チューブ(10)は、孔(54)近傍で拡径された口拡部(15、16)を有している。
