Abstract

 複数の搬送テーブル間を移動する搬送材にスリップが生じた場合でも、搬送材とそのトラッキング位置とを精度良く一致させることができるトラッキング装置を提供する。このため、隣接して配置された搬送テーブルの任意の境界位置にセンサを設け、搬送材の有無を検出する。また、搬送材の先尾端トラッキングを発生させ、所定の搬送テーブルの搬送速度を速度基準にして、先尾端トラッキングの位置を算出する。そして、センサの検出信号及び先尾端トラッキングの位置から搬送材のスリップの有無を判定し、スリップ有りが判定された場合には、先尾端トラッキングを所定のセンサの検出位置を基準にして停止させる。その後、上記所定のセンサの検出信号に基づき、チャタリング除去による時間遅れを考慮して、先尾端トラッキングを再開させる。
