Abstract
L'invention porte sur un appareil (100) pour fabriquer des aliments (1), en particulier de la confiserie, et en premier lieu un matériau alimentaire pulvérulent (M) contenant des excipients, l'appareil (100) étant du type comprenant au moins une station d'alimentation (7) pour le matériau (M), comprenant des moyens de dosage (14) pour doser au moins une dose (D) du matériau (M) dans un trou respectif (52 ; 3) d'une structure de support (15 ; 2) ; et au moins une station (8) pour compacter la dose (D) dans le trou (52 ; 3), comprenant des moyens (G) qui génèrent (G) des vibrations mécaniques ultrasonores ; les moyens de génération (G) comprenant au moins une sonotrode à mouvement en va-et-vient (5), s'éloignant et se rapprochant de la dose (D), une extrémité fonctionnelle (51) de la sonotrode formant une surface cintrée avec un creux prédéterminé (K1) conçu pour fonctionner conjointement et interagir avec un trou (52), consistant à son tour en une surface cintrée ayant un creux respectif (K2), le trou (52) étant fait dans un élément (15) pour s'opposer à la sonotrode (5), pour un compactage par ultrasons de la dose (D) et la fabrication d'un aliment (1).
