技术领域
本发明涉及一种梯子及其梯蹬踏板。
背景技术
现有梯子的梯蹬踏板必须同时满足支撑强度足够高以及踏板面面积足够大 两个条件。 为了满足该两条件, 目前市面有两种梯蹬踏板, 一种为铝合金梯蹬踏 板, 另一种为注塑塑料梯蹬踏板。不管是铝合金梯蹬踏板还是注塑塑料梯蹬踏板 都存在不足之处,如铝合金梯蹬踏板由于材料采用的是铝合金因此大大提高了制 造成本,如注塑塑料梯蹬踏板由于塑料件不便连接因此注塑塑料梯蹬踏板与腿管 之间的连接极不方便。
发明内容
本发明提供一种梯子及其梯蹬踏板, 其克服了背景技术所存在的制造成本 高、 连接不便的不足。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是: 一种梯蹬踏板, 该梯蹬踏板 包括一塑料踏板以及一金属支撑杆, 该金属支撑杆支撑连接该塑料踏板。
依照本发明一较佳实施例, 该塑料踏板底部设有固定通槽, 该金属支撑杆 固接于该固定通槽内。
依照本发明一较佳实施例, 该塑料踏板端部向外延伸成装饰部。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是: 一种梯子, 其包括腿管以及 梯蹬踏板,梯蹬踏板安装于两腿管之间, 该梯蹬踏板包括一塑料踏板以及一金属 支撑杆, 该金属支撑杆支撑连接该塑料踏板。
依照本发明一较佳实施例, 该塑料踏板底部设有固定通槽, 该金属支撑杆 固接于该固定通槽内。
依照本发明一较佳实施例, 该梯蹬踏板通过金属支撑杆与腿管之间固定连 接关系而固接腿管。
依照本发明一较佳实施例, 该腿管固接有加强片, 该金属支撑杆固接加强 片。
依照本发明一较佳实施例, 该塑料踏板端部向外延伸成装饰部, 该装饰部 遮盖加强片。 依照本发明一较佳实施例, 该腿管上设有两轴线凹槽, 该加强铁片两侧边 设为卡边, 该加强铁片部分包裹固接腿管且两卡边分别卡接两凹槽。
依照本发明一较佳实施例, 该加强片为加强铁片, 该金属支撑杆焊接于加 强铁片。
本发明技术方案的梯蹬踏板中, 金属支撑杆支撑连接该塑料踏板, 因此该 梯蹬踏板不但具有支撑强度足够高以及踏板面面积足够大的两个条件,而且还具 有以下优点: 其一, 降低制造成本; 其二, 通过金属支撑杆与腿管之间的固接关 系, 连接梯蹬踏板和腿管, 连接方便、 强度高。 金属支撑杆固接加强片, 由于金 属支撑杆不是直接固接在腿管而是通过加强片固接在腿管, 因此具有如下的优 点: 其一, 加强片可均匀的分散施加给金属支撑杆的力, 起到保护腿管的作用, 可大大提高腿管的强度; 其二, 踏板和腿管更好的融合在一起, 与一般的设计外 形相比显得更加美观。加强铁片部分包裹、固接于腿管,可大大提高腿管的强度。 装饰部遮盖该加强铁片, 外观上见不到加强铁片, 外观更整洁。

具体实施方式
实施例 1, 为本发明一较佳实施例的梯蹬踏板, 如附图 1梯蹬踏板 50包括 一塑料踏板 52以及一金属支撑杆 51, 塑料踏板 52底部设有固定通槽 53, 而且 该塑料踏板 52两端部均向外、 向上、 向下延伸成与塑料踏板 52本体垂直的装饰 部 54。 金属支撑杆 51固接于塑料踏板 52的固定通槽 53内, 金属支撑杆 51长 度不小于固定通槽 53长度,使得金属支撑杆 51端面不缩进于该固定通槽 53内; 本实施例中金属支撑杆 51为方形管,固定通槽 53的剖面形状为与其相适配方形 槽, 以保证塑料踏板 52与金属支撑杆 51不会相对转动。
实施 2、 为本发明一较佳实施例的梯蹬, 请参阅图 2、 图 3与图 4, 其分别 绘示其立体示意图、 立体分解示意图、 主视示意图。 一种梯蹬包括两前腿管 10、 两后腿管 20、 一扶手管 30、 一铰链套 40以及一梯蹬踏板 50。 前腿管 10、 后腿 管 20以及扶手管 30的材料为铝合金; 梯蹬踏板 50固接两前腿管 10之间; 扶手 管 30端部和前腿管 10顶端部之间通过铰链套 40之间构成固定连接关系, 后腿 管 20顶端可转动连接于铰链套 40, 使得后腿管 20和前腿管 10之间构成铰链连 接关系。
请参阅图 5、 图 6与图 7, 该前腿管 10为椭圆管, 在椭圆管的长轴上设有 两个凹槽 11 ; 另配设有一加强铁片 12, 加强铁片 12的两侧边设置为卡边 121。 该加强铁片 12通过两铆钉固接于前腿管 10, 并使加强铁片 12包裹于前腿管 10 的内侧部分且两卡边 121分别卡接两凹槽 11固定。
梯蹬踏板 50包括一塑料踏板 52以及一金属支撑杆 51,塑料踏板 52底部设 有固定通槽 53, 而且该塑料踏板 52端部向外、 向上、 向下延伸成装饰部 54。 该 金属支撑杆 51固接于该固定通槽 53内, 该金属支撑杆 51长度不小于固定通槽 53长度, 使得金属支撑杆 51端面不缩进于该固定通槽 53内; 金属支撑杆 51为 方形管, 固定通槽 53的剖面形状与其相适配方形槽, 以保证塑料踏板 52与金属 支撑杆 51不会相对转动。
金属支撑杆 51端部与加强铁片 12之间焊接连接, 塑料踏板 52端部的装饰 部 54的内部形状与加强铁片 12处的外部形状相适配, 使得该装饰部 54包覆该 加强铁片 12卡接在腿管 10夕卜,起到装饰强铁片 12及塑料踏板 52固定作用,增 加了整体的美观性及安全性。
工业实用性
本发明一种梯子及其梯蹬踏板, 梯蹬踏板是由金属杆件及塑料踏板构成, 设计合理、 使用安全、 加工方便, 具有良好的工业实用性。

权 利 要 求
1.一种梯蹬踏板,其特征是:该梯蹬踏板包括一塑料踏板以及一金属支撑杆, 该金属支撑杆支撑连接该塑料踏板。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的一种梯蹬踏板, 其特征是: 该塑料踏板底部设有 固定通槽, 该金属支撑杆固接于该固定通槽内。
3. 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的一种梯蹬踏板, 其特征是: 该塑料踏板端部 向外延伸成装饰部。
4. 一种梯子, 其包括腿管以及梯蹬踏板, 梯蹬踏板安装于两腿管之间, 其 特征是: 该梯蹬踏板包括一塑料踏板以及一金属支撑杆, 该金属支撑杆支撑连接 该塑料踏板。
5. 根据权利要求 4所述的一种梯子, 其特征是: 该塑料踏板底部设有固定 通槽, 该金属支撑杆固接于该固定通槽内。
6. 根据权利要求 5所述的一种梯子, 其特征是: 该梯蹬踏板通过金属支撑 杆与腿管之间固定连接关系而固接腿管。
7. 根据权利要求 4或 5或 6所述的一种梯子, 其特征是: 该腿管固接有加 强片, 该金属支撑杆固接加强片。
8. 根据权利要求 7所述的一种梯子, 其特征是: 该塑料踏板端部向外延伸 成装饰部, 该装饰部遮盖加强片。
9. 根据权利要求 7所述的一种梯子, 其特征是: 该腿管上设有两轴线凹槽, 该加强铁片两侧边设为卡边,该加强铁片部分包裹固接腿管且两卡边分别卡接两 凹槽。
10. 根据权利要求 9所述的一种梯子, 其特征是: 该腿管为椭圆管, 在椭 圆管的长轴上设有两轴线凹槽; 加强铁片通过两铆钉固接于前腿管, 并使加强铁 片包裹于前腿管的内侧部分且两卡边分别卡接两凹槽固定。
11. 根据权利要求 10所述的一种梯子, 其特征是: 该塑料踏板两端部向外 延伸成垂直与塑料踏板本体的装饰部,装饰部的内部形状与与加强铁片处的外部 形状相适配, 遮盖加强片卡接在腿管外。
