Abstract

L'invention concerne un double écrou de verrouillage comprenant un écrou inférieur (1), un écrou supérieur (2) et un élément de recouvrement (3) pour recouvrir la périphérie externe de l'écrou inférieur. L'écrou supérieur (2) comporte une partie de cylindre circulaire (7) à périphérie externe lisse et une partie d'actionnement de rotation (8) moulée d'un seul tenant avec l'extrémité supérieure de la partie de cylindre (7) à travers une partie de liaison (9). La partie de liaison (9) est formée de façon à être rompue lorsque l'écrou supérieur est fixé avec un outil de rotation par un couple de fixation dépassant un couple prédéterminé, de telle sorte que la partie d'actionnement de rotation quitte la partie de cylindre. L'élément de recouvrement (3) est muni d'une partie de corps cylindrique (13) qui recouvre la périphérie externe de l'écrou inférieur. La partie de corps cylindrique (13) est munie d'une périphérie externe lisse (16) et sa partie d'extrémité supérieure est en contact avec la face inférieure de l'écrou supérieur (2) lorsque l'écrou (2) est fixé, de telle sorte que l'élément de recouvrement (3) ne peut pas être retiré. Ainsi, les deux écrous supérieur et inférieur ne peuvent pas tourner après avoir été fixés.
