Abstract

Alors que le défaut d'adéquation des divers modèles échafaudés pour satisfaire un besoin de fonctionnement efficace des moteurs diesel (5) est avéré, dans l'invention on a découvert que le problème le plus important provenait d'un stockage de la masse (ΔM) des gaz mélangés à l'entrée du moteur. Dans l'invention on a alors eu l'idée de mesurer une telle masse (M). La mesure se réalise de préférence dans le collecteur d'admission (2). En agissant ainsi, notamment en mesurant la température (T2) et la pression (P2) à cet endroit, on peut prendre en compte les phénomènes d'accumulation de masse, de perte de charge dynamique et de compression statique, et donc de débit qui perturbent l'efficacité attendue du moteur.
