Abstract

L'invention concerne une boîte de vitesses (1) pour un véhicule, réalisée sous forme de boîte de vitesses à double embrayage, les engrenages étant rassemblés en groupes d'engrenages (3, 5) placés sur des arbres d'entrée (2, 4) et sur un arbre de sortie (6), les engrenages des groupes d'engrenages (3, 5) des arbres d'entrée (2, 4) étant en prise permanente avec les engrenages d'au moins un groupe d'engrenages (7, 8, 16) de l'arbre de sortie (6), un premier arbre d'entrée (2) et un second arbre d'entrée (4) pouvant être reliés à un arbre d'entraînement (11) d'un moteur d'entraînement respectivement par l'intermédiaire d'un premier embrayage (10) et d'un second embrayage (12). L'objectif de l'invention est d'allier compacité, faible complexité de fabrication et temps de réponse courts. A cet effet, une première démultiplication primaire (13) et une seconde démultiplication primaire (14) sont placées respectivement entre l'arbre d'entraînement (11) et le premier arbre d'entrée (2) et entre l'arbre d'entraînement (11) et le second arbre d'entrée (4), les première et seconde démultiplications primaires (13, 14) présentant, de préférence, des rapports de démultiplication différents.
