Abstract

Ein System zur Erinnerung eines Patienten an eine Medikamenteneinnahme und Überprüfung der Medikamentenentnahme durch den Patienten aus einer Durchdrückpackung (10) umfasst: - eine Durchdrückpackung (10) mit einem Blisterbodenteil (12) mit wenigstens einem aus einer Bodenfolie herausgeformten, eine Tablette (16) oder dergleichen Medikamentenportion enthaltenden Behältnis (14) und einer gegen das Blisterbodenteil (12) gesiegelten, durchdrückbaren Deckfolie (18), einen jedem Behältnis (14) zugeordneten, auf der Deckfolie (18) über dem Behältnis (14) angeordneten RFID-Tag (70) mit einem RFID-Chip (72) mit individueller Identifikationskennung (40) und einer nach dem Öffnen des Behältnisses (14) zerstörten RFID-Antenne (74), - ein dem Patienten zugeordneter RFID-Leser zum Erkennen nicht zerstörter RFID-Tags (70), und - eine dem RFID-Leser zugeordnete Software mit Speichereinheit zum Lesen und Speichern von Daten mit den Anweisungen für einen Patienten zur Medikamenteneinnahme und den Identifikationskennungen (40) der Durchdrückpackung (10).
