Abstract

Es wird ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Brennstoffdüse (1) zur Verfügung gestellt, worin mindestens ein Drallkanal (4) in eine äußere Manteloberfläche (5) eines Stiftes (3) und/oder in eine innere Oberfläche (6) einer Hülse (2) eingebracht wird und der Stift (3) in der Hülse (2) so befestigt wird, dass die äußere Manteloberfläche (5) des Stiftes (3) mit der innere Oberfläche (6) der Hülse (2) verbunden ist. Weiterhin wird eine Brennstoff düse (1) beschrieben, die einen Stift (3) mit einer äußere Manteloberfläche (5) und eine Hülse (2) mit einer inneren Oberfläche (6) umfasst, wobei der Stift (3) in der Hülse (2) angeordnet ist. Die äußere Manteloberfläche (5) des Stiftes (3) und/oder die innere Oberfläche (6) der Hülse (2) umfasst mindestens einen Drallkanal (4). Darüber hinaus wird ein Brenner (107) offenbart, der eine erfindungsgemäße Brennstoff düse (1) umfasst. Zudem wird eine Gasturbine (100) beschrieben, die einen erfindungsgemäßen Brenner (107) umfasst.
