Abstract

L'invention concerne des procédés destinés à l'immunohistochimie, permettant d'extraire des antigènes à haute température. Dans des exemples particuliers, le procédé selon l'invention consiste à mettre en contact un échantillon comprenant un antigène qui a été fixé par un agent de réticulation à une solution d'extraction d'antigènes comprenant un solvant non aqueux, et à chauffer la solution d'extraction d'antigènes à une température comprise ente 100° C et 200° C à l'aide d'énergie micro-onde. Dans certains exemples, la solution d'extraction d'antigènes comprend au moins un solvant polaire ou un liquide ionique.
