Abstract

The invention relates to a device for transporting media, wherein the device comprises a foundation for the tower of a wind energy generating plant, wherein the substantially closed tower is anchored to the underlying ground by means of the foundation and the tower has an inner region and an outer region, wherein the foundation has transporting means which connect the inner region to the outer region.
