Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de production et de réparation d'un composant comprenant au moins deux éléments métalliques assemblés entre eux, en particulier des éléments d'une turbine à gaz, l'assemblage et la liaison des surfaces correspondantes desdits éléments s'effectuant par soudage par pression. Une surépaisseur est refoulée dans la région d'une zone d'assemblage des deux surfaces à lier et, après assemblage des deux éléments, on procède à un usinage de la surépaisseur par érosion électrochimique précise (PECM), jusqu'à obtention d'un profil définitif prédéfini du composant. L'invention concerne en outre un composant d'une turbine à gaz fabriqué conformément au procédé de l'invention.
