Abstract
La présente invention concerne un vélo à assistance électrique pourvu d'une unité électrique combinée intégrée au corps du vélo. L'unité électrique combinée comporte quatre modules: un module transmission renfermant un mécanisme de transmission, un module moteur courant continu à aimant permanent pour commander le mécanisme de transmission, un module batterie comportant un boîtier de batterie intégré fermé disposé dans un siège de batterie, et un module de commande pour déclencher le moteur et commander sa vitesse. La présente invention admet plusieurs types de dispositifs de transmission de différentes structures, autorisant plusieurs modes de fonctionnement tels qu'entraînement par moteur seul, entraînement par pédales seules, entraînement combiné par moteur et pédales, ralentissement du moteur, moteur fonctionnant en générateur pendant l'entraînement par pédales, et vélo entraînant le moteur fonctionnant en générateur de façon à charger la batterie pendant le ralentissement.
