Abstract

The invention provides a kitchen electrical oven comprising: a casing (10) defining a cooking chamber (CC); a baffle case (20) comprising wall portions (21, 22) mounted to the casing (10) and having air inlet and outlet openings (22a, 21a) in direct communication with the cooking chamber (CC); a electrical resistance (30); and a fan (40) mounted inside the baffle case (20), so that a forced air flow can be produced from cooking chamber (CC), through electrical resistance (30) and back to cooking chamber (CC). A thermal irradiation reflector means (50) is provided inside the baffle case (20) between electrical resistance (30) and a wall portion (22) of the baffle case (20), allowing the application of an anti-adherent coating (60) to the surfaces of the casing (10) and baffle case (20) faced to the cooking chamber (CC) inside.
