Abstract
La présente invention concerne un stérilisateur à plasma. Dans ledit stérilisateur, une électrode enroulée (3) est enroulée autour d'un tube de verre (2) devant être placé dans une bouteille (1) dotée d'une ouverture qui est un objet à stériliser. La pression dans un récipient hermétique (4) est diminuée au moyen d'une pompe à vide (7), du gaz oxygène (62) est introduit dans le tube de verre (2) à partir d'un dispositif d'alimentation en gaz oxygène (6), et un courant haute fréquence est appliqué à l'électrode enroulée (3) à partir d'une partie d'alimentation électrique haute fréquence (5), afin de provoquer une décharge électrique. Ainsi, dans le stérilisateur à plasma, des espèces d'oxygène actif sont produites à l'intérieur de la bouteille (1) par du plasma généré par un courant haute fréquence et par un flux d'air généré par la pompe à vide (7). C'est pourquoi, il est possible de produire des espèces d'oxygène actif à haute densité. Par conséquent, non seulement la paroi interne de la bouteille (1) mais aussi la paroi externe peuvent être stérilisées en continu de manière fiable et efficace.
