Abstract

　ストリップラインフィルタの外部結合量を抑制しながら、任意の安定したフィルタ特性を得る。ストリップラインフィルタは、上面共振器電極（１３Ａ）と、誘電体基板（１０）の下面の入出力電極と、上面共振器電極（１３Ａ）とに接続する引出電極とを備える。この引出電極は、側面線路部（１４Ａ）と上面線路部（１６Ａ）と接続電極部（１５Ａ）とを備える。側面線路部（１４Ａ）は、誘電体基板（１０）の側面に設けられている。上面線路部（１６Ａ）は、誘電体基板（１０）の上面に設けられ上面共振器電極（１３Ａ）に接続されている。接続電極部（１５Ａ）は、誘電体基板（１０）の上面に、側面と上面との境界から上面線路部（１６Ａ）と異なる線路幅で設けられ、側面線路部（１４Ａ）と上面線路部（１６Ａ）とに接続されている。接続電極部（１５Ａ）の前記境界での幅は、側面線路部（１４Ａ）の線路幅よりも広い。
