Abstract

【課題】　本発明は、先端側表面にバルーンを備えた本体チューブ(１)を備えた穿刺用バルーン付きガイドチューブにおいて、前期先端側表面のバルーンを外バルーン(２)とすると共に当該外バルーン(２)の内部に位置した本体チューブ(１)の壁面に、穿刺針(２２)が通る針挿通穴を形成し、該穴を膨張性を有するシート材によって気密に塞ぎ当該シート材を内バルーン(９)として設けた穿刺用バルーン付きガイドチューブを提供する。外バルーン(２)を膨張させたとき内バルーン(９)が外バルーン(２)の内圧で前記針挿通穴からメインルーメン(５)の内部側に膨出し、穿刺針(２２)の先端を当該膨出部内まで刺込むことができるので、より深い穿刺量を確保し、経皮的に体内にアプローチするためのルートを安全、確実に確保することができる。
