Abstract
Provided is a Newton ring preventing sheet having an excellent Newton ring preventing feature and an excellent transparency without causing glittering even when used for a touch panel using a highly accurate color display. The Newton ring preventing sheet includes a Newton ring preventing layer having a convex pattern on the front surface. The convex pattern is formed by arranging protrusions each having a tip end of an elliptical shape. The Newton ring preventing layer is formed from a polymer resin.
