Abstract

 軽量かつ薄型でフレキシブルに構成することができ、しかも高い発電効率を得ることができる色素増感太陽電池モジュールなどの色素増感光電変換素子モジュールおよびその製造方法を提供する。支持基材上に複数の色素増感光電変換素子を有する色素増感光電変換素子モジュールにおいて、支持基材として厚さが0.2mm以下の薄膜ガラス基板1を用い、かつ、色素増感光電変換素子モジュールの少なくとも一方の面に薄膜ガラス基板1の大きさ以上の大きさを有する樹脂系の保護フィルム9、11を接着する。薄膜ガラス基板1上に形成した透明導電層2上に色素増感半導体層3、多孔質絶縁層4および対極5を順次積層して色素増感光電変換素子を構成する。色素増感半導体層3および多孔質絶縁層4に電解質を含浸させる。
