本发明涉及通信网络的呼叫业务,特别涉及一种实现彩铃控制的方法和交 换机。
背景技术
传统的语音通信业务中, 当 A用户拨打 B用户的电话, B用户摘机前, A用 户将听到单调的 "嘟〜嘟〜"的回铃音。 彩铃是一种个性化的回铃音, 当 B用户定 制了彩铃, 则 A用户听到的"嘟〜嘟〜"的回铃音将变成 B用户定制的彩铃, 从而 使得 A用户在电话接通前, 就能够从听觉上得到愉悦的享受。
随着个性化需求的发展, A用户不再满足仅能听到 B用户定制的彩铃, 而 需要听到自己定制的彩铃, 使得彩铃的个性化应用更为丰富。
但是, 在实现本发明的过程中, 发明人发现彩铃业务至少存在如下问题: 彩铃可以由被叫定制,也可以由主叫定制,当主叫和被叫都定制了彩铃时, 主叫和被叫的彩铃业务会出现冲突, 导致彩铃定制不灵活的问题。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种实现彩铃控制的方法和交换机, 实现彩铃更为灵 活的应用。
本发明实施例提供了一种实现彩铃控制的方法, 该方法包括:
接收来自主叫的呼叫请求,所述呼叫请求携带被叫号码;
根据所述被叫号码, 判断彩铃播放模式;
根据所述彩铃播放模式, 分别建立彩铃服务器与所述主叫之间以及彩铃 服务器与所述被叫之间的通道,彩铃服务器通过与所述主叫之间的通道向所述 主叫播放彩铃、 通过与所述被叫之间的通道向被叫播放彩铃。
本发明实施例还提供了一种交换机, 包括:
判断单元, 用于根据接收到来自主叫的呼叫请求, 判断彩铃播放模式, 所 述呼叫请求携带被叫号码;
通道单元, 用于根据所述彩铃播放模式, 分别建立彩铃服务器与所述主叫 之间以及彩铃服务器与被叫之间的通道,所述彩铃服务器通过与所述主叫之间 的通道向所述主叫播放彩铃、 通过与所述被叫之间的通道向被叫播放彩铃。
根据呼叫请求, 判断彩铃播放模式, 根据彩铃播放模式, 播放主叫或被叫 定制的彩铃,当主叫和被叫都定制了彩铃时,避免主叫和被叫定制彩铃的冲突, 使得彩铃的应用及控制更为灵活, 提高彩铃业务的实用性和可靠性。
本发明实施例中,彩铃服务器通过通道向主叫和被叫播放彩铃, 这样被叫 终端和主叫终端无需下载彩铃, 节省了下载彩铃的时间, 也节省了下载彩铃的 通道资源。 由于通过通道播放彩铃, 彩铃不会受到手机机型、 品牌的限制, 从 而扩大了彩铃的应用范围, 提高了彩铃定制和应用的灵活性。

实施例一, 一种实现彩铃控制的方法, 参见图 1 , 包括如下步骤:
101、 根据接收到来自主叫的呼叫请求, 判断彩铃播放模式。
判断彩铃播放模式的方法包括:
呼叫请求携带被叫号码;
当被叫号码未携带彩铃号码前缀时 , 判断彩铃播放模式为缺省彩铃播放 模式; 或者
当被叫号码携带第一彩铃号码前缀时, 判断彩铃播放模式为第一彩铃播 放模式; 或者,
当被叫号码携带第二彩铃号码前缀时, 判断彩铃播放模式为第二彩铃播 放模式; 或者,
当被叫号码携带第三彩铃号码前缀时, 判断彩铃播放模式为第三彩铃播 放模式; 或者,
当被叫号码携带第四彩铃号码前缀时 , 判断彩铃播放模式为第四彩铃播 放模式。
第一彩铃号码前缀、 第二彩铃号码前缀、 第三彩铃号码前缀、 第四彩铃 号码前缀为不同的彩铃放音控制特征码, 且与其他业务的特征码不同, 例如。 与电话会议的特征码不同等等。 第一彩铃号码前缀、 第二彩铃号码前缀、 第三 彩铃号码前缀、 第四彩铃号码前缀的值可以自行定义, 在本实施例中, 定义第 一彩铃号码前缀为 **66600#、第二彩铃号码前缀为 **66601#、第三彩铃号码前 缀为 **66610#、 第四彩铃号码前缀为 **66611#。
被叫号码未携带彩铃号码前缀的情况包括: 被叫号码未携带号码前缀, 或者, 被叫号码携带了号码前缀, 但是该号码前缀与第一彩铃号码前缀、 第二 彩铃号码前缀、 第三彩铃号码前缀和第四彩铃号码前缀中任何一个都不一致。
缺省彩铃播放模式为第一彩铃播放模式或第二彩铃播放模式或第三彩铃 播放模式或第四彩铃播放模式或关闭模式, 关闭模式表示不提供彩铃, 即既不 向主叫提供彩铃, 也不向被叫提供彩铃。
彩铃播放模式包括主叫彩铃服务器向主叫和 /或被叫播放彩铃, 和 /或被叫 彩铃服务器向被叫和 /或主叫播放彩铃。 第一彩铃播放模式、 第二彩铃播放模 式、 第三彩铃播放模式、 第四彩铃播放模式分别表示不同的播放模式, 缺省彩 铃播放模式表示第一彩铃播放模式、 第二彩铃播放模式、 第三彩铃播放模式、 第四彩铃播放模式其中一种彩铃播放模式。 第一彩铃播放模式、第二彩铃播放 模式、第三彩铃播放模式、 第四彩铃播放模式分别表示的播放模式可以自行定 义。 在本实施例中, 第一彩铃播放模式表示主叫彩铃服务器向主叫播放彩铃、 被叫彩铃服务器向被叫播放彩铃,第二彩铃播放模式表示主叫彩铃服务器向主 叫播放彩铃、主叫彩铃服务器向被叫播放彩铃, 第三彩铃播放模式表示被叫彩 铃服务器向主叫播放彩铃、被叫彩铃服务器向被叫播放彩铃, 第四彩铃播放模 式表示主叫彩铃服务器向被叫播放彩铃、被叫彩铃服务器向主叫播放彩铃,缺 省彩铃播放模式表示第一彩铃播放模式。

在本实施例中, 交换机设置第一彩铃号码前缀为 **66600#、 第二彩铃号 码前缀为 **66601#、 第三彩铃号码前缀为 **66610#、 第四彩铃号码前缀为 **66611#, 第一彩铃号码前缀、 第二彩铃号码前缀、 第三彩铃号码前缀或第四 彩铃号码前缀与被叫号码中携带的其他业务特征码不一致。
当被叫号码未携带彩铃号码前缀时时 , 判断彩铃播放模式为缺省彩铃播 放模式; 当被叫号码携带第一彩铃号码前缀时, 判断彩铃播放模式为第一彩铃 播放模式; 当被叫号码携带第二彩铃号码前缀时, 判断彩铃播放模式为第二彩 铃播放模式; 当被叫号码携带第三彩铃号码前缀时, 判断彩铃播放模式为第三 彩铃播放模式; 当被叫号码携带第四彩铃号码前缀时, 判断彩铃播放模式为第 四彩铃播放模式。
在本实施例中, 第一彩铃播放模式表示主叫彩铃服务器向主叫播放彩铃、 被叫彩铃服务器向被叫播放彩铃,第二彩铃播放模式表示主叫彩铃服务器向主 叫播放彩铃、主叫彩铃服务器向被叫播放彩铃, 第三彩铃播放模式表示被叫彩 铃服务器向主叫播放彩铃、被叫彩铃服务器向被叫播放彩铃, 第四彩铃播放模 式表示主叫彩铃服务器向被叫播放彩铃、被叫彩铃服务器向主叫播放彩铃,缺 省彩铃播放模式表示第三彩铃播放模式。
主叫用户的拨号方式为彩铃号码前缀 +被叫号码。
参见图 2, 本实施例实现彩铃控制的方法包括:
201、 主叫向交换机发起呼叫请求, 转入执行步骤 202。

在与被叫建立通信链路过程中, 交换机向被叫下发特殊信令, 该特殊信 令用于指示被叫将播放装置连通到与交换机之间的通信链路上,并抑制本地振 铃。
在本实施例中, 预设条件可以是: 被叫处于忙碌, 但是被叫预设了呼叫 转移; 或者, 被叫空闲; 或者, 被叫处于忙碌,但是被叫预设了呼叫等待等等。
主叫呼叫请求的内容可以包括以下五种场景:
场景一、 主叫拨打被叫号码为 28970867的电话时, 想听到自己定制的彩 铃, 以及想播放被叫定制的彩铃给被叫用户, 则需在被叫号码前加拨第一彩铃 号码前缀, 如拨打 **66600#28970867。
场景二、 主叫拨打被叫号码为 28970867的电话时, 想听到自己定制的彩 铃, 以及想播放自己定制的彩铃给被叫用户, 则需在被叫号码前加拨第二彩铃 号码前缀, 如拨打 **66601#28970867。

本实施例抑制被叫的本地振铃, 可以使得被叫播放彩铃时没有干扰。 抑 制被叫的本地振铃, 可以釆用以下几种方式:
方式一, 在交换机建立与被叫之间的通信链路时, 若被叫为固定电话, 则交换机进行抑制振铃设置; 若被叫为移动终端, 则交换机向被叫下发的信道 指配消息携带抑制振铃信元, 如 CDMA系统移动终端被叫流程中的 Assignment Request消息的 Signal信元设置为 "Alerting Off , 通知被叫抑制本地振铃, 并将 被叫的播放装置连通到与交换机之间的通信链路上。
方式二, 在交换机与被叫之间的通信链路建立成功之后, 被叫与主叫彩 铃服务器或被叫彩铃服务器之间的通道搭接形成之前, 若被叫为固定电话, 则 交换机进行抑制振铃设置; 若被叫为移动终端, 则交换机向被叫下发抑制振铃 指令,通知被叫抑制本地振铃, 并将被叫的播放装置连通到与交换机之间的通 信链路上。
方式三, 在被叫与主叫彩铃服务器或被叫彩铃服务器之间的通道搭接形 成之后,若被叫为固定电话,则交换机进行抑制振铃设置;若被叫为移动终端, 则交换机向被叫下发抑制振铃指令,通知被叫抑制本地振铃, 并将播放装置连 通到第一通道或第二通道上。
实施例三, 将实施例一实现彩铃控制的方法应用到交换机上, 在本实施 例中, 交换机包括主叫交换机和被叫交换机, 由被叫交换机与主叫彩铃服务器 或被叫彩铃服务器进行通信, 实现彩铃业务; 由主叫交换机与主叫彩铃服务器 或被叫彩铃服务器进行通信, 实现彩铃业务的方式与本实施例的方式原理相 同。
在本实施例中, 交换机设置第一彩铃号码前缀为 **66600#、 第二彩铃号 码前缀为 **66601#、 第三彩铃号码前缀为 **66610#、 第四彩铃号码前缀为 **66611#, 第一彩铃号码前缀、 第二彩铃号码前缀、 第三彩铃号码前缀或第四 彩铃号码前缀与被叫号码中携带的其他业务特征码不一致。
当被叫号码未携带彩铃号码前缀时时, 判断彩铃播放模式为缺省彩铃播 放模式; 当被叫号码携带第一彩铃号码前缀时, 判断彩铃播放模式为第一彩铃 播放模式; 当被叫号码携带第二彩铃号码前缀时, 判断彩铃播放模式为第二彩 铃播放模式; 当被叫号码携带第三彩铃号码前缀时, 判断彩铃播放模式为第三 彩铃播放模式; 当被叫号码携带第四彩铃号码前缀时, 判断彩铃播放模式为第 四彩铃播放模式。

主叫用户的拨号方式为彩铃号码前缀 +被叫号码。

场景五、 主叫拨打被叫号码为 28970867的电话时, 对彩铃播放无要求, 则直接拨打被叫号码 28970867。
302、 主叫交换机根据该呼叫请求, 建立与主叫之间的通信链路, 向对应 的被叫交换机发送初始地址消息,请求建立与被叫交换机之间的连接, 转入执 行步骤 303。

通道单元 402 , 用于根据彩铃播放模式, 分别建立彩铃服务器与主叫和被 叫之间的通道, 通道用于彩铃服务器向主叫和被叫播放彩铃。
根据呼叫请求, 判断彩铃播放模式, 根据彩铃播放模式, 播放主叫或被叫 定制的彩铃,当主叫和被叫都定制了彩铃时,避免主叫和被叫定制彩铃的冲突, 使得彩铃的应用及控制更为灵活, 提高彩铃业务的实用性和可靠性。
本发明实施例中, 主叫彩铃服务器和 /或被叫彩铃服务器通过通道向主叫 和 /或被叫播放彩铃, 这样被叫终端和 /或主叫终端无需下载彩铃, 节省了下载 彩铃的时间, 也节省了下载彩铃的通道资源。 由于通过通道播放彩铃, 彩铃不 会受到手机机型、 品牌的限制, 从而扩大了彩铃的应用范围, 提高了彩铃定制 和应用的灵活性。
其中, 判断单元可以包括:
第一分析子单元, 用于当被叫号码未携带彩铃号码前缀时, 判断彩铃播 放模式为缺省彩铃播放模式; 或者

1、 一种实现彩铃控制的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法包括:
接收来自主叫的呼叫请求,所述呼叫请求携带被叫号码;
根据所述被叫号码, 判断彩铃播放模式;
根据所述彩铃播放模式, 分别建立彩铃服务器与所述主叫之间以及彩铃 服务器与所述被叫之间的通道,彩铃服务器通过与所述主叫之间的通道向所述 主叫播放彩铃、 通过与所述被叫之间的通道向所述被叫播放彩铃。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述判断彩铃播放模式包 括:
当所述被叫号码携带第一彩铃号码前缀时, 判断所述彩铃播放模式为第 一彩铃播放模式;
所述分别建立彩铃服务器与所述主叫之间以及彩铃服务器与所述被叫之 间的通道包括:
