Abstract

　ハウジング(４)のガイド孔(５)に挿入したクランプロッド(６)に、クランプ部材(１０)と内ピストン(１２)とテーパ受圧面(１３)とを、左端から右端へ向けて軸心方向へ順に設ける。上記の内ピストン(１２)と上記ガイド孔(５)との間に挿入された一つの外ピストン(２３)の右端部の内周に、ロック及びリリース用の出力部(２６)を設ける。上記の受圧面(１３)と上記ガイド孔(５)との間に挿入したコレット(３３)を、周方向へほぼ等間隔に並べた４つの分割部材(３４)によって構成する。上記の各分割部材(３４)の外周部と内周部とに、それぞれ、上記の出力部(２６)によって駆動される入力部(３６)と、上記の受圧面(１３)に右側から楔係合する押圧面(４０)とを設ける。上記の外ピストン(２３)の両端の外側に、圧力流体が供給および排出されるロック室(４２)とリリース室(４７)とを設ける。
