Abstract

永久磁石を爪状磁極部から離反させて継鉄部側に保持させ、永久磁石の保持構造の耐遠心力性を高め、爪状磁極部の表面で発生した熱の永久磁石への伝達を抑えるとともに、永久磁石の熱を効果的に冷却風に放熱し、永久磁石の温度上昇を抑えることができる回転電機を得る。  本回転電機では、永久磁石が複数の爪状磁極部のそれぞれの先端側の内周面に対向して、かつ所定の隙間を持って一対の継鉄部に保持され、平板リング状の金属製のファン基部をポールコアの軸方向両端面にそれぞれ固着して取り付けられ、熱伝導金属板がその一端側を永久磁石のそれぞれに密接状態に固着定され、他端側をファン基部を貫通して軸方向外方に延出するように配設されている。
