Abstract
本発明は、被検体内導入装置の動作時間を延長できるように被検体内導入装置の省電力化を実現することを目的とする。本発明におけるカプセル型内視鏡は、撮像部によって撮像された画像のうち、所定の固有情報を付加する画像を選択し、選択した画像G11のみに対し、画像の水平同期信号VDおよび水平同期信号HDの信号配列規則にしたがって記述された識別信号IDを、垂直同期信号VDおよび水平同期信号HDの配置位置に対応する配置位置に追加配置する。そして、このカプセル型内視鏡は、この識別番号IDの後に該識別信号IDに対応した固有情報を付加して画像情報を送信する。これによって、全ての画像情報に固有情報を付して送信していた従来と比較して、送信情報量自体を減らすことができることからカプセル型内視鏡の省電力化を実現することができ、この結果、カプセル型内視鏡の動作時間を延長することが可能になる。
