Abstract

The invention relates to a method for producing a fully processed fermentation substrate which is especially used for producing biogas in a biogas plant. In said method, in order to process the fermentation substrate, organic matter is mixed by means of a mixing device (12; 112) such that a fermentation substrate mixture is obtained. According to the invention, the fermentation substrate mixture is at least temporarily placed in a room in which a negative pressure relative to an atmospheric pressure is generated before the mixture reaches the biogas plant such that the fully processed fermentation substrate is obtained. The invention further relates to a corresponding apparatus for producing a fully processed fermentation substrate as well as a system comprising a biogas plant.
