Abstract

Provided are a sealing device which operates with reduced torque, minimizes outward leakage of air and a lubricant from the inside of a bearing, and also minimizes the entry of air and foreign matter into the bearing from the outside, a rolling bearing, and a rolling bearing for a wheel. The bottom (73) of an axial recess in a surface (72), located on the side opposite an axial flange, of an elastic member (51) forming a radial lip (70) radially overlaps with an end surface (77), located on the tube section (65) side, of a radial extension section (61) of a core member (50). The bottom (81) of a radial recess, facing the tube section (65) ofa slinger (52), of the elastic member (51) forming the radial lip (70) is located closer to the axial flange (66) than the end surface (77) of the core member (50).
