Abstract

外部から加えられた力を電気に変換する発電ユニット1Aであって、圧電素子22、23と、重合状に配置された複数の圧電素子22、23の相互間に設けられ、又は圧電素子22、23を押圧する押圧面と当該圧電素子22、23との相互間に設けられるもので、圧電素子22、23の変形スペースを形成すると共に、圧電素子に対して変形力を伝達する中心スペーサ24及び周辺スペーサ25を備える。例えば、圧電素子22、23は、可撓性を有する振動板21の両面の各々に固定され、圧電素子22、23に柱状に形成された中心スペーサ24を配置し、振動板21に円環状に形成された周辺スペーサ25を配置する。
