Abstract

 アンクランプ力の支持のために、サイズの大きな軸受や特殊な設計がなされた軸受を使用しなくてもすむように主軸装置に設けられる間座を、正確かつ簡単に低コストで製作できる間座製作方法を提供する。内輪間座(4)および外輪間座(5)は、所定の大きさの隙間(δ)を介して互いに軸方向に対面する荷重受け部(4b,5c)を有し、軸方向に直交し荷重受け部(4b,5c)を通る分割面(F1,F2)で2分割されている。荷重受け部(4b)を有する内輪間座分割体(4A)および荷重受け部(5c)を有する外輪間座分割体(5A)を、同じ軸方向幅になるように同時に加工する。これに併せて、荷重受け部(4b)を有しない内輪間座分割体(4B)および荷重受け部(5c)を有しない外輪間座分割体(5B)を、同じ軸方向幅になるように同時に加工して、前者の軸方向幅(a)よりも後者の軸方向幅(b)の方が前記隙間(δ)分だけ長くする。
